sadly, Andy Whitfield (aka Spartacus) was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma just before the taping of the second season... thankfully it was discovered in it's early stages... well wishes and a quick recovery!

lissa and i went on a Vaughan Mills adventure not so long ago and came up with some gems (besides Taco Bell stomach murder). since 99% of the stores in that mall are clearance items, it's no wonder that the Toys Toys Toys store was overrun with bizarre collectable and ethnic Barbies. if shes not blonde and blue eyed, they have it! all the good ones go for full price in the regular store... but hey... i know some little girl out there wants Hungary Barbie, maybe Cinco de Mayo Barbie... or Christmas 2004 Barbie. or how about Grandma or Grandpa? bet you didn't realize that you could buy them too!

the movie was alright i guess... i thought the ending blew, but you have to go see it and make your own opinions.

Hellooo Officer

i was driving to work this morning and was exiting on the Dufferin exit ramp and noticed a trap and a cop pulling over people...

he walked over in my direction and raised his hand for me to stop. i didn't have anything to worry about, so i wasn't concerned... he peered into my car at me and looked to see if i was wearing my seatbelt. i was almost pulled over because my seatbelt was kinda blending in with my black leather jacket. but he saw that, then waved me off to go

... i should have undone the belt, that cop was fine.
