i've been abusing my poor wallet a little too much lately... and i've tried to be a good girl and give it much needed rest. christmas is coming and i need to think of others, even though my favorite person (insert: me) is most deserving ;)

anyways. i would like to thank all the canadian shops that are offering me so many good deals to prevent us from going south of the border...

i would also like to curse you for testing my weak will power via e-mail deals...

on a similar note... i heard a customer used pepper spray at Wal-Mart in the US in a shopping frenzy. whoa?

a great way to spend $9.99

so, a while back... i was at the grand opening of the new Topshop @ The Bay and there was a live band playing. as i shopped (leopardbooties.leopardbooties.leopardbooties.LEOPARDBOOTIES!), i listened to the group and found myself really liking them. by the time i was done, so were they... i guess i missed out. but as my luck would have it, i ended up on the escalator with them and they were lost (ha ha!) and i directed them to the exit, in exchange for the name of the band. Friendly Fires.

i think i'm late to the party on this one, but better late than never!
