i am sharing my new obsession with you... Kurt Geiger. i don't think my feet will ever be the same.

... with Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics, that is.

they are an ultra cool vegan & cruelty free make up company that has the coolest colours & products ever. i am particularly interested in their Lip Tar. i heard all sorts of buzz about it and had to see what all the fuss was about...

let me tell you, this stuff certainly lived up to my expectations. i started off with:

• Memento - a coquettish pink/plum
• Grandma - clean, classic coral
• Hoochie - vivid, true magenta
• Anime - vivid, neon pink

firstly, you only have to use the teeniest amount of product to get a crazy amount of colour and coverage (think less than a pea!). yep. if i had the time, i would show you pics of me wearing them... but i hardly have time to put on chapstick these days, let alone lipstick.

... you can totally mix the colours up to make your own custom shades too! rad-sicle (why did i just type that??!)

i am too in love with my new Orly gold polish that i wanna wear it everyday... and i have been!!! i added a little interest with some gold glitter layered on top of the ring finger (China Glaze - Medallion)

... short post, limited time, too much work to do... but!

i saw Lady Gaga @ the ACC last night with melissa... it was a great concert, complete with an audience comprised of underage jail bait... thong pantylines, spandex, high heels and enough makeup for a Vegas drag revue...

anyways.

the best part for me was the opening act... Semi Precious Weapons. i rarely pay much attention to openers... meh. but i loved this foursome from NYC. totally up my alley... make up, good music, high heels and glitter... on boys. i bought the album (You Love You) and i'm hooked. anyways, check out my new obsession.

... i went to the infamous Toronto Gay Pride parade last weekend with melissa and, well... here it is!



we drove my new baby (dressed in hello kitty) to the subway and took the vomit comet the rest of the way there... seeing mel on public transit was a treat!
