Parking pt 2

i think this has happened to all of us at some point... you park your car, feed the meter, then find out that the meter has taken your quarters, but has not given you the parking time that you need in return. usually, this is where i express my anger verbally (and profanely) and then find a different meter, feed it and then mourn the loss of my first batch of quarters...

this on the otherhand, is an other option:



i laughed when this got sent to me (thx B!)... but i was told that it worked!

i'm not too sure i'd try it in Toronto tho :P
